Busy season for me catering. Today I am all done. My friend Eliska made this up in my kitchen. If I say so myself I do make a good creative sneeky
1 bag celery
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup rose Lillet or reg Lillet
1/2 serrano chili
1/2 cup agave
1 1/2 cups Casamigos Tequila or whatever you got.
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend away. You can strain this mixture if you want but the celery pulp has the most fiber.
Pour it into a shaker with ice. Shake away. We put it over one of my homemade ice cubes in a coupe glass. Serve it anyway you want. Over ice with salted rim or not, up in a martini glass or just put a straw in the shaker and enjoy.
