The easiest way to punch up any drink is pretty ice cubes. I love using rose petals, herbs, and fruit. Adding these mint ice cubes to my sparkling water not only makes it look beautiful, it adds a crisp refreshing taste. You can use them in any drink or your favorite sneeky!
When making ice cubes, layer mint in bottom of tray. Add just enough water to cover leaves. Let freeze. Add another layer of mint and fill remaining space in tray with water. If you fill the cube all at once your mint will float to the top. Freezing in layers makes the mint evenly dispersed. I love using rose petals, but you can use any kind of fruit, herb, or flower petal. For instance strawberries, grapes, rosemary, or thyme.
