I couldn’t find Santa but I ran into the Grinch causing havoc in Soho with @juliepowerskillian

This is the recipe for the bark in my “Debauched Basket” in the December issue of @housebeautiful
White Wonderland Bark

8 ounces White Chocolate, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
2 Tbsp dried rose petals
2 Tbsp thinly sliced dried apricots
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup dried strawberries, cranberries, cherries or golden raisins

Line a 8 by 10 inch pan with parchment

Put the white chocolate, the butter, corn syrup and the salt in a large heat proof bowl set over a sauce pan of barely simmering water. (taking care that the base of the bowl is not touching the water.)
Heat for 2 to 3 minutes stirring often, until completely melted and combined.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the pan lined with parchment.

Then sprinkle the pistachios’s, dried rose petals, apricots, poppy seeds, etc over the chocolate or whatever you want.

Put in the refrigerator til it hardens 2 to 3 hours

Cut or break it up.
