Lulu's Mini Lamb Burgers

1 pound ground lamb½ cup chopped fresh mint 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 tsp cumin ¼ cup parmesan ½ tsp red pepper flakes 2 tsp pommegranate molasses ¼ cup fresh lime juice Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use a 1/8 cup for measuring out each burger. Form your "mini" lamb burgers. Heat your grill pan to medium high. Spray canola oil. Grill burgers for four minutes a side. Glaze: 1/8 cup of pommegranate molasses When burgers are done place on a platter and brush each burger with the glaze. OPTIONAL: 1 cup crumbled feta 1 package of mini pita pockets from Trader Joes
