Sloe Gin Fiz : The Memorial Day Sneeky
/Happy Memorial Day Weekend everyone! It's a beautiful holiday weekend here in Los Angeles and I plan to spend the majority of it outside with good food, good drinks, and good company. I hope everyone else has similar plans! I'm sharing up a few super easy entertaining tips for you and your guests. Alfresco dining has never been this easy!
Sloe Gin Fiz : The Memorial Day Sneeky
Pour 3 parts prosecco to 1 part sloe gin over ice.
You can also do 2 parts to 2 parts depending on how sweet you want it.
Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lime.
When entertaining, it's always a good idea to set out snacks for your guests to munch on. On a beautiful weekend such as this one, sit outside with friends or family, enjoy a Sloe Gin Fizz and have a platter of different appetizers set out for your guests to eat at their leisure. I like chunks of Parmesan cheese, good olives, nuts and I love to put out salt and vinegar chips along with some fun candy.
For your tablescape, use mismatched serving bowls and cups for a unique and effortless look. Also serve everything on a serving tray or tiered trays to give your table some height. And don't forget to always have fresh flowers or greenery on the table.
