4th of July from Nantucket!

Happy Independence Day! I love the Fourth of July, it means fireworks celebrations and sparklers! I love putting sparklers on my cocktails, and the Independence is a perfect sneeky to celebrate the day! 

The Independence  

I love this sneeky because it's not sweet. I find during the holidays I am forever eating everything that is not good for me but quite Yummy.  This sneeky somehow I feel is more of a good digestive cocktail , I  say As I role my eyes. It's all good. Enjoy!!! I did.

3oz Prosecco 

1 oz Campari

Pour over homemade ice cubes with fruit! 

Easiest apps ever. 
Granny Smith apples. Whatever cheese you may have. Cherries walnuts strawberries peaches anything u have.

Next up is my fresh fruit angel food cake with whip cream

Bakery angel food cake

Homemade whip cream
2 cups whip cream 
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Put everything in the CUISINART and blend till thick and you can make a peak with your spoon.
Frost the angel food cake as you please. 
I adorned it with fresh blueberries and raspberries
